Carissa Loverme

Hi, I'm Carissa, and I am a senior studying Conservation and Resource Studies and minoring in Environmental Engineering. I have been a part of this project since 2023 and have been the project lead since 2024! I'm passionate about zero-waste and sustainability in research and engineering spaces, which is what drew me to this project. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, baking, and hiking.

Cora Ma

I'm a 2nd-year Conservation and Resource Studies major who is interested in sustainability and plastic recycling. I joined the project in Spring 2026. In my free time, I enjoy watching clouds move, doodling, and playing the oboe.

Edison Jun

My name is Edison Jun, who is a sophomore studying environmental engineering science. I am diagnosed with autism and ADHD. I'm interested to learn more about sustainable solutions and get back to others.

Hi, my name is Sam and I'm a first-year Molecular Environmental Biology major on the pre-vet track with a strong passion for sustainability. Outside of academics, I love spending time with friends and family, hiking, and froyo!

Kaitlyn Kuch-Ly

Hello! My name is Kaitlyn, I am a Junior year transfer from Long Beach CA. I am an Environmental Economics and Policy student, looking to minor in Civil Engineering! I have a profound interest in infrastructure and policy development that maintain the safety of coastal communities. In my freetime, I love to snowboard, bike, run, and backpack. A bucket list backpacking trip of mine is the Dolomites!

Josue Montano

Hi all! My name is Josue, and I am a first-year student majoring in Chemical Engineering with an interest in sustainable energy. I joined this project to explore closed-loop systems, and I was intrigued by how the team turned waste PLA into reusable PLA filament and how they optimized that process. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, and playing video games.
